FEATURE CHANGE ALERT:
This feature change will impact every Cadence9 account.
We are very pleased to bring you this update with significant improvements in the user interface many new advanced features for better user and task management.
We’re sure you will notice design changes with your first log-in including major revisions to the Home Page and the Preferences & Setup tools. Each Setup function now displays stats to keep you informed of all data in your account. Advanced searching capabilities have also been added to each Setup function to make every task associated with channel and people management easier.
The Tasks and Broadcasts list views have been completely upgraded with too many new features to mention in a single post. We’ve also added a CALENDAR tab for easy access to the new editorial calendar featuring at-a -glance summaries for each day for all task and broadcast statuses.
In addition, the ability to create CAMPAIGNS for grouping tasks and broadcasts has also been added.
We are working to get a new help center online with PDF and video demos featuring all of the new features and functions available to you with this update. The following list is labeled with each of the tab names that have been revised and provide an overview of the changes/ upgrades in each area.
Pre-defined stats for quick-link access to Channels that need Attention and Tasks that are Unread, Past Due, Due Today or Ready for Review and Publish. Administrators also have access to a graph view of all publishing activity and engagements in addition to Engagement Management links displaying a total number of engagements for "Today" and "This Week". Campaign status links are also displayed on the Home Page for users who have administrative rights to the account.
Many new options for filtering your Task list view have been added. Sort your view by Tasks associated to specific Individual Users, User Groups and Campaigns. Filter further by Due Date, Target Publish Date, Past Due Target Dates, Due Dates Past Due, No Due Date Assigned, No Target Publish Date Assigned, Not Read, Ready for Review and Publish, Month/Year, Specific Due Date or Target Publish Date.
You may also now export and print your filtered lists!
Colored icons indicating dates and status for each list item also give visual ques for which items need attention.
Similar to the upgrades in the Tasks list view, new options for filtering including sorting for broadcasts associated to Individual Users, User Groups and Campaigns is available. Also added are filters to view items "Publishing Today", on Specific Broadcast Dates and by Month/Year. All list views may now be printed and exported as well.
This is an ALL NEW TAB! Click any date in your at-a-glance editorial calendar to view immediate stats for every task and broadcast with a due date, target publish date or broadcast scheduled for the selected date. Your calendar stats may also be filtered by many criteria such as Individual Users, User Groups and Campaigns. You may view Tasks Only or Broadcasts Only.
PREFERENCES & SETUP
A complete redesign of all Setup functions to provide stats on numbers of active and inactive users, channels, channel groups, campaigns and more are now available. Every list view contains additional information helping you quickly identify all User Groups Members, Channels associated to User Groups and Channel Groups. Each Setup function also has new comprehensive SEARCH tools to facilitate quick admin access to any information you will need related to each Setup area.
